Group Fitness
We encourage you to try one or more of our many group fitness classes to add some fun to your workout. Working out with others is a great way to stay motivated and meet your goals. All classes are offered by Certified Group Fitness Instructors. Group fitness schedules are updated frequently to keep our members informed about available workouts!
Aquatics
The complete water workout! High energy, low impact classes combining cardio, strength and stretching that moves to the music. No swimming skills are required to attend aquatics classes and you don’t even have to get your hair wet!
Indoor Cycling
Motivating instruction and exhilarating music is the heart and soul of indoor cycling. Let our cycling coaches guide you through an athletic adventure that is easy on the joints, but challenges your cardiovascular system. First time riders and tri-athletes welcome!
Tai Chi
Tai Chi is an ancient practice proven to reduce pain and improve your mental and physical well-being. The Healthy Living Okc Center Tai Chi program uses gentle Tai Chi routines that are safe, easy to learn, and suitable for every fitness level.
