We encourage you to try one or more of our many group fitness classes to add some fun to your workout. Working out with others is a great way to stay motivated and meet your goals. All classes are offered by Certified Group Fitness Instructors. Group fitness schedules are updated frequently to keep our members informed about available workouts!

Aerobics

Work every major muscle group in the body with short transition times to keep moving. This is a great class to condition your heart and lungs and increase bone density, strengthen muscles for good posture and core stability, while increasing balance and flexibility.
