Angel Gowns is one of HLOKC’s service projects. Led by Geri, this group meets on the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays of each month.
This group will use donated wedding dresses to make burial gowns for the babies going to their heavenly home. We need people to cut fabric using patterns, iron seams, machine sews and hand sew appliqués and beads. Bring pinking shears, straight pins, sewing needles, white thread, and/or a mobile sewing machine if you have them available…..mainly we need you.
Bring lunch and meet some new friends.
Material, lace, appliqués and beads will be provided.
