Birdwatching with Neil

Birdwatching is a rewarding hobby. You have the opportunity to learn new things, and you have the chance to get some healthy exercise out in the sunshine and fresh air. You need not be a professional birdwatcher in order to attend. Beginners are welcome! Since this is an outdoor event, participants are encouraged to dress appropriately for the prevailing weather conditions.

BIRDWATCHING FIELD TRIP
You’re invited to join our group of friendly people as we venture outdoors for some healthy hiking in the fresh air and sunshine. Birdwatchers of all skill levels are welcome to attend. Since this program is conducted off-site, participants need not be members of HealthyLivingOKC in order to take part in this activity—bring your friends and neighbors! HealthyLivingOKC assumes no legal liability for any accident or injury that might result as a part of participation in this off-site adventure.

PLEASE NOTE: The new “start time” for the birdwatching field trips is 10:00 a.m. (…i.e., our attempt to take better advantage of the more-pleasant outdoor temperatures at mid-day).

ALSO OF IMPORTANCE:

Our March field trip location will be Will Rogers Park (i.e., the southeast corner of No. Portland Ave. and W. 36th St.)

We’ll be starting our walk from the parking lot that is south of the Garden Exhibition Center.

Field trip participants should search for my red pickup truck that will have an orange flag prominently displayed in the rear of the truck bed

Please note that HealthyLivingOKC assumes no liability responsibility for those persons that take part in this off-site activity.
