Changing Your Weight© is a comprehensive program that focuses on weight loss as a reflection of making lifestyle changes that foster better health.
Great emphasis is placed on the importance of healthy food choices while increasing physical activity.
Participants are asked to keep a food and activity journal as part of their learning experience.
This 8-week course meets once a week for one hour.
