Limited to the first 25 paid entries. Chefs are asked to bring between 4-6 quarts of chili.
Chili Judging Fee $5.00
Limited to first 75 paid applications. Judges will receive a log sheet for judging and tasting notes, sample sized bowls and eating implements for each chili entry. Judges must sample each chili (unless allergy concerns prohibit) judging the 1st, 2nd and 3rd place entries with a point system for their top 10 favorites.
PLEASE PICK UP AND SUBMIT COMPLETE APPLICATIONS AND FEES AT THE FRONT DESK. APPLICATIONS CANNOT BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT PAYMENT OF FEES.
