Eat Well, Move More, & Be Well

This program’s goal is to help us choose wholesome foods and adopt a more active lifestyle. This is a four-session program sponsored by Integris Community Wellness. It will be taught by a registered dietitian, Karen Massey and an exercise physiologist, Cathy Patterson.

It will be held on Fridays in October: Oct. 6, 13, 20, & 27.
