FLU SHOTS AT HLOKC

Greg Clyde, Pharmacist and Owner of CLYDE PHARMACY, which is located right across the street  from HLOKC at 7158 NW 112, will be administering flu shots during the times below.

Please bring your insurance card and/or Medicare card with you to receive the flu shot.

MONDAY – SATURDAY — September 16 through September 21 from 7:30 – 8:30 AM at HLOKC

MONDAY – FRIDAY — September 23 through September 27 from 6:15 – 7:15 PM at HLOKC
