Jean will lead members in grounding as an effective way to relieve stress, anxiety, and pain while supporting your sense of wellbeing. After grounding most people say that they feel relaxed. Many people say that they can reduce their pain and other symptoms of aging. Join us as Jean teaches us how to ground.
Grounding helps us to connect with our natural ability to heal. You will simply sit in a chair while I guide you in a meditation. You will be able to continue practicing grounding at home.
