Using recycled plastic shopping bags, we will learn a simple weaving technique to create 1/2 inch thick plastic mats for those experiencing homelessness to put under their sleeping bags. We need lots of help. We need people to straighten the bags, cut the bags, and weave the bags. Come join us and help us in this worthy adventure.
This group is facilitated by Patti George and meets on the 1st & 3rd Friday afternoons from 1-3pm.
