One on One Medication Safety Review with a Pharmacist

Medications can be confusing. Older adults have a high risk for potential drug interactions and adverse effects that might lead to drug-related hospitalizations and death so a group of senior care pharmacists and pharmacy interns will be available to assist you with your medication safety review. You will have a one on one consultation with them. Please bring your questions and your medication list including prescription medications, over the counter products, vitamins, herbals and supplements.
