Memory Loss: When Should I Worry?
Oklahoma Alliance on Aging presents Dr. Germaine Odenheimer, Geriatric Neurologist and Professor Emeritus at OU College of Medicine on the topic, “Memory Loss: When Should I Worry?”
Dr. Odenheimer is an advocate for those suffering with dementia and was hugely popular when she presented last year.

AARP: CarFit
With age comes natural changes to vision, information processing, flexibility, and the speed of reflexes, which can affect a person’s ability to drive safely.
To help senior drivers find a better “fit” with their cars in terms of comfort and safety, mobility experts from OU Health Occupational Therapy are hosting a safety program designed to assist drivers 50+ and their families.
CarFit is a national program developed by AARP and the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA). It provides a quick, yet comprehensive, assessment of how well an older driver and their vehicle fit together.

Karaoke Night
Pic up the mic and take your place on stage! We host karaoke on the third Friday of every month.
And if you don’t feel like singing, you’re welcome to just come listen and cheer others on!
