Not Sure Where to Start?
Join us for a Fitness Orientation every Friday at 2 PM or the last Thursday of the month at 6 PM. During these sessions, you'll learn about goal setting, weight loss strategies, strength training, balance and stability exercises, and get a hands-on demonstration of our equipment. Whether you're new to fitness or looking to enhance your routine, our orientations are a great way to explore how personal training can benefit you.
